Today is Trick or Treat for the little kids! =D
We never get children where my house is so I always get the leftovers.
Halloween is an amazing holiday. The actual day though not the Trick or Treat day. I like doing rituals and cool things with contacting the dead.

I would NOT suggest these movies to ANYONE who is not good at dealing with blood, gore, death, violence and just scary things in general. Some of the scariest movies of all time are in this list.
FOTD: If Brendon Urie was a serial killer, he’d kill people “Texas Chainsaw Massacre” style.
SOTD: Ghostbusters-Ray Jay Parker.
I can’t lie about this. I love to read. But most of the books that I read are not the kind that people generally enjoy. I’m more of the indie published books that no one knows of, not the Twilight series [even if I was one of the first kids to read that book. I pre-ordered it in my 6th grade year and it wasn't popular for another two years after] or Harry Potter [which I also read], but I really enjoy the hidden things in life.
I’ve decided to make a list of my favorite books of all time.
*The Boy With The Thorn in His Side-Pete Wentz.
*The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy and Other Stories-Tim Burton.
*Water for Elephants-Sara Gruen.
*Freaks-Annette Curtis Klause.
*Fight Club-Chuck Palahniuk.
*Invisible Monsters-Chuck Palahniuk.
*Choke-Chuck Palahniuk.
*Snuff-Chuck Palahniuk.
*Tantalize-Cynthia Leitich Smith.
*Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland-Lewis Carroll.
*Be With You-Takuji Ichikawa.
*Where The Wild Things Are-Maurice Sendak.
P.S-The Comic “Fall Out Toy Works” is the new comic created by Fall Out Boy and it is fantastic. I’m addicted to it just after the first one.
Umbrella Academy is awesome too, it’s written by Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance. Now all we need is some Panic! collectibles.
Anywaaaaay.
What are some of your favorite books? =O
Gimme some commennntzzzz!
FOTD: Ryan Ross and Spencer Smith originally started their band with the name “Pet Salamander”.
SOTD: G.I.N.A.F.S.F.-Fall Out Boy.
Yes. I watched the movie Beetlejuice. The strangest part of that movie is the fact that his name is actually spelled on his gravestone “Betelgeuse”. The name Betelgeuse is actually the name of a star. Said star is the ninth brightest in the sky and is a part of the constellation “Orion”.
FOTD: Spencer Smith and Ryan Ross were neighbors back in Summerlin, Nevada and they became best friends at the age of three after Spencer had been hitting his Fischer Price golf balls into his yard.
SOTD: Dammit-Blink-182.
If I was able to create my own holiday, I would probably have to create a day that would involve a mix between Halloween, Christmas and Valentine’s Day.
A long break, candy and gifts, costumes, and time with someone you love.
Allll of that mixed together in a few weeks or more.
Those are all of my favorite holiday’s as well, things that just seem to brighten up the years.
I’m not too concerned with the country, any is fine.
Over the weekend I FINALLY went to go see Where The Wild Things Are.
I cried. It was so amazing and I loved it.
Allllsoooooo I went to a masquerade held at Allegheney by Ermin [one of my best friends]. It was awesome, honestly. I danced with everyone and I was so crazy and outgoing.
Oh, and I danced with the foreign exchange student from Japan, Shin! =D
I believe after that party there are some relationships now forming….hm.
My friend Nikki left town on Friday and moved to Erie. I’m gonna miss her.
But today, I discovered that she printed out letters for all of her closest friends and I was lucky enough to get one which read this:
“Alaina Schaffner: I remember hearing you singing Panic! At The Disco in 7th grade and thinking, “This chick is cool.” Then you randomly started talking to me in Music. You are my music buddy. You’re so unique and random it makes me smile. I’m always here for you to talk to. -Nicole”
Thank you Nicole. Imma miss you like Brendon misses Ryan.
Today I am leaving school early. I plan to go to Erie and go to the local comic book store named “Books Galore.” They accept books and comics both if you wish to sell them and I am going to sell as many as I possibly can. I have 175+ books so I’m hoping to get between $700 and $800. Imma get a puppy!
I’ve been saving for a dog for quite some time now, I’m getting a Shiba Inu. Her name will be Ryden and I will love her. <3

Ryden!
This weekend I might be going to Pittsburgh to see my best friend of all tiiiiime, Sam. I miss her soooooo much now that she’s in college and I just hope that I can go and hang out with her. We want to go to The Mattress Factory and go get Thai food for dinner one night. It’s a three day weekend from school. I hope those plans all work out fine.
FOTD: The song ‘Time to Dance’ off of ‘A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out’ was written based on the book ‘Invisible Monsters’ by Chuck Palahniuk.
SOTD: It’s Almost Halloween-Panic! At The Disco.
Today I have two options as to what I am going to do after drama club after school.
First of all, drama club is act one no book.
For those of you who do not seem to comprehend the definition of “no book”:
No book: When acting in a play without the use of book or script; memorized lines for your character within a play.
After drama club, I am either:
A. Going to try and see Where The Wild Things Are again [we were late last weekend. D=]
or B. Going home to watch the Pens game.
I LOVE hockey. The Pittsburgh Penguins are UH-MAY-ZING.
FOTD: Brendon Urie idolizes Freddie Mercury.
SOTD: Killer Queen-Queen.
[For those of you who don't know this either, Freddie Mercury was the frontman of Queen, hence the SOTD being Killer Queen. Also, Panic! At The Disco once did a cover of the song Killer Queen live. I was at the concert.]

I can’t stand people.
Just when you think you’ve finally got that one friend that you’re going to actually STAY friends with forever, she turns her back on you.
“My advice to Alaina is DON’T THINK!!!!! I’ll jump in between you and Austin if things get ugly, if I get hurt though…YOU’RE BOTH IN TROUBLE!!!!!”-Alli
I got gauges yesterday too. Went to go see gay Paul. I love him.
FOTD: Brendon Urie has three dogs, one Toy Italian Greyhound and two Jack Russel Terriors. (Dylan (based on Bob Dylan, Humphrey Bogart, Indie)
SOTD: My Hero-Paramore.
[Humphrey Bogart! =D]

(From left to right, this is Humphrey Bogart and Audrey Hepburn during a photoshoot for the film in 1954 called “Sabrina.” I love both, they were amazing at acting. It’s one of my favorite movies.)
Personal update: I joined Tang Soo Do. It’s awesome. I hope I’m okay at it, I did okay on my first day at least.
I also went to a People to People meeting and I have yet to [hopefully] get accepted into the trip for the summer of 2010.
IF you are going then leave me a comment and tell what you think will be fun about the trip, I’d also like to know if you’ve gone before.
The trip is 19 days long and we’ll be going to Spain, France, and Italy. If you are READING my blog and you happen to discover this PLEASE tell me a little bit more about your country in a comment and make sure to leave me a link to yours. I’d love to have some knowledge on the important basics before I go to each country.
Now, time for song of the day.
….Ahhhhh it’s almost midnight!
FOTD: Ryan Ross’s favorite cookie is snickerdoodle.
SOTD: New Perspective-Panic! At The Disco.
There you go, leave me comments on the FOTD/SOTD.
Just PLEASE in general leave me comments. [And don't forget to answer my poll! It may become a weekly thing if enough people answer it! D:]
QUESTIONS!
… =|
1. How it affects you personally-It is causing me to have adapt to the new weather and climate changes within my environment.
2. What you can do about it at school, home or local community-We can become an economy safe school [which I'm sure will never really happen] and we can all switch to using products that have been created to help save the planet.
3. How it is affecting certain parts of the world-Ice is melting in the poles and it is changing the overall climate of nearly every section of the world, creating longer and colder winters and shorter and hotter summers.
Due to the issue in our school with some of the students and their beliefs in the ‘Climate Change’ issue, I created a poll telling me whether you believe in it or not. Comment this post if you have any extra views you would like to tell me.
